We are 10 minutes walk from the North Devon and Somerset coastal path where you can walk along the banks of the beautiful River Lyn at Watersmeet.

The Hotel has 7 en suite rooms, which include 2 superior four-poster rooms, 2 family rooms and delightful double and twin bedded rooms all with lovely country views.

Each room has a complimentary coffee tray, direct dial phone, alarm clock, hair dryer and television.
Extras such as flowers, champagne and chocolates are available in rooms if pre-ordered.
All prices are inclusive of a full English breakfast served in our gallery dining room. Evening meals are served in the Beggars Roost Inn or The Roost Restaurant at an additional cost.
